THIS ITEM IS PRE-OWNED AND HAS SOME SIGNS OF WEAR ON THE BOTTOM HOWEVER IT IS NOT DAMAGED. This is a Waterford crystal oval vase that was discontinued in 1996. It features the Castleton pattern and is signed by Jim O'Leary. The vase is made of clear crystal and is an original piece. The backstamp is printed.
In a world where there are so many negative people it was nice to find someone who is sweet. Through an error my order was canceled by seller and I left a very negative review bc the order was time sensitive. The seller tried to make it right and was very responsive as to how my order was cancelled through a mishap. Seller apologized and explained what happened. I may not have gotten my order but I encountered a genuinely nice person. Five stars for caring and not ignoring me when I was irate.
I was so excited to find this item. Then, I had to face the reality that I hadn’t noticed it was the wrong size when I received it. Messaged the seller who promptly offered a full return. Still bummed it wasn’t my size, but the seller took care of the situation with grace.
Great seller, kind and prompt messages. Products perfect quality as described. The box chosen for shipping was a re-used, but looked very clean and almost perfectly sized for the content plus sufficient padding for the extra space. I will probably be buying more. 😁
