Waterford Crystal Kenmore Stemmed Water Goblet

The package arrived and was wrapped with such care it took a long time to unwrap it. Sadly, one of the leaves was broken off. I don’t know if this happened in transit or if it was overlooked in the description. It could have easily been overlooked by anyone, but I have a trained eye as a collector of such items. The piece is lovely and I wasn’t expecting a full refund. I would have happily taken a discount. The seller was responsive and respectful and gave a full refund. Truly unexpected

The item arrived in great condition but I wouldn’t buy again from this seller because of the way it was packaged, the boxes taped together which had glue the packing tape it was a job just pulling the glue apart once the tape was cut then there’s more tape and more tape and then for some crazy reason once o get it out, the bubble wrap to protect it is taped again and again despite the fit was so tight there was no need for any tape on the bubble wrap. It’s too frustrating to deal with this

Fast shipping. Not exactly as described there is quite a gazing flaw running down the entire pot on one side that is Not shown in photos. Kind of deceptive. Seller did not mention but rest of pot is in great condition. If I had known about the flaw I would have asked for lower price. But all in all I will use it. Packed secure.
