This is the fourth item I’ve purchased from this seller. It is exactly as the seller listed & described it if not better somehow. This seller even contacted me & gave me a discount because they noticed one of the batteries was not holding a charge. That is above & beyond! I wish every seller met the standard set by this seller right here. Also where some folks will just throw the item into a box with a little paper or plastic this was in a custom made foam cradle cut to fit so no movement 🏆
Due to package scheduled for arrival when we were out of town the seller rescheduled the shipment. The Waterford lamp arrived on time and it was shipped and packing was perfect. Glad it wasn't dropped but it likely would have survived. The seller delivered exactly what we expected, when we expected it and in the condition we were hoping for. Good people to deal with.
