The piece is truly “NIB” like the description says. Michelle is completely professional and kept in touch with me through the whole process. (USPS had a small delay while delivering this package, by no fault of Michelle, but she was messaging me really apologizing like she was driving the van. Lol) I can’t think of a way my experience purchasing from Michelle/Step Up To The Plates could’ve been better. Five stars across the board. I'm an avid Ebayer, but can honestly state that this is my FAVORITE SELLER EVER! USPS lost the Waterford roses, but Michelle was attentive to the issues at every turn and could not have been more communicative throughout the process. The Seller struck a deal on two roses and shipped them quickly. When they could not be located, she promptly refunded the funds. I will definitely do more business with this delightful Seller!!!
