The seller was stellar with communication and customer service! First I contacted them about adding a detail to the shipping address. They promptly took care of it! Then when I saw that the tracking route had sent the package to my city and state, then for some inexplicable reason rerouted it halfway across the continent to Wisconsin where it said it was out for delivery, I contacted the seller asking if they could do something about this snafu, and they said they would ship me a new package!Yay

He asked for a picture of what I received. I sent him one a long with a picture of what was ordered on the website. He sent out a replacement shipment and it got here lighting fast.
