Good quality machine, but it came missing a bolt for one of the rollers. I asked seller to send the missing bolt, but I was offered only increasingly generous cash discounts that started at $5 and eventually reached 50% of the purchase price. I stayed firm on my request for the missing part (because who has time to go searching for a matching bolt?). Eventually seller allowed me to return the machine, and was very kind and gracious about it. I recommend this seller.

Shipped fast. Well packaged. As pictured and described exactly. They arrived separately on different days, hence 2 separate pictures. They are heavy borosilicate glass, and easy to grip. Seller is a good communicator.
