Shipping time was reasonable. The item was as described and the value is acceptable. The packaging was horrible, with minimal internal packing material. The box (16x20) arrived with sides punched in a hole in the side which could have been eliminated if there had been sufficient packing for the box. The seller would not refund the shipping costs but did offer to have me return the item but I would have had to purchase an appropriate sized box and packing material. Seller not recommended.
