I needed the oven glass window urgently for the holidays and they were super friendly, shipping next day, maintaining communication with me on the status! Also their packaging was impeccable! Protected with bubble wrap, foam, and paper (see photo). Package arrived one dat earlier than what I expected (and of course, before Christmas!). I was able to fix my oven at the same night! I want to thank you for understanding my urgency and being so collaborative and responsible! Strongly recommend!!!
