Item arrived on time as planned. My new oven rack, although used looked great. It’s 100% better than what I had and I’m so glad I bought it. It matched the photo image perfectly, so ok I was pleasantly grateful. The packing was great, it came wrapped up completely, nothing busting out of the box. New racks cost double or more than what this one did.
Have an older dishwasher and manufacturer website indicated that control panel was no longer manufactured or available. Empire Parts Pros was able to find a used control panel in good shape. Unit was carefully packed (packing peanuts) and promptly shipped. I really appreciate the Seller’s Assistance.
The part (a refrigerator inverter board) arrived on time and was packaged well. The instructions were simple to follow. The seller is responsive to questions. The refrigerator is working so far, but it has only been a couple of days. Will need to see how long it lasts.
