Seller was very responsive in our email discussion and got back to me very quickly. He was also local to me and quickly allowed me to pick up locally and save me shipping fees. When I picked up the used part he demonstrated it was functional as I expressed concern in one of our emails. He also gave me some advice and was willing to help out if I could send him pictures of my furnace. The seller went above and beyond just selling me a product. I would definitely buy from him again.
Shipping was lightning fast. Item was shipped from Canada on 01/10/2025 and received mid-day on 01/13/2025,all this over the weekend. Thats faster than domestic in some cases. Packaging was exceptional,really no chance of damaging even if mishandled. Description was spot-on,better than I expected.
