This part repaired the washing machine. I was sent a document that says it is covered for a 2 year warranty. I READ on their website if you send back the old part they will give a 5 yr Warranty. I sent a email about this but NEVER was sent a return email. I am not sure what to do with the old part. I was going to send it back for free but changed my mind. I will figure out what to do with my old part. I was the impression the company was open on weekends but it's not.
Seller shipped item same day of order, 5 days max delivery, with tracking. The USPS managed to mishandle the shipment, so it arrived 3 days late. Seller was tracking order also and sent email on the issue. When finally arrived, part ( dryer control board ) worked perfect, dryer operating normal. Seller send email apologizing for USPS and emphasized 2 year warranty use if necessary. I will order again from this seller, if the need arises.
