Seller shipped item same day of order, 5 days max delivery, with tracking. The USPS managed to mishandle the shipment, so it arrived 3 days late. Seller was tracking order also and sent email on the issue. When finally arrived, part ( dryer control board ) worked perfect, dryer operating normal. Seller send email apologizing for USPS and emphasized 2 year warranty use if necessary. I will order again from this seller, if the need arises.
Ordered a board for my Samsung Washer, which arrived promptly and as described. Unfortunately my misdiagnosis meant that this part wasn't need.
