The freezer shelf came in just as described, actually better than I expected for a discontinued refrigerator, hence why I'm looking on ebay. I only needed to confirm measurements once and after the measurements were confirmed, I paid for the item plus shipping costs. It took a little while to arrive in the mail, but it was worth it. It appeared almost brand new and the quality was great! I recmmend this buyer.
