  1. Probably won't use seller again. While the filters seemed ok, they were shipped in thin poorly torn open single sheet of plastic packaging. Petroleum odor. Since they're for an unoccupied guest bedroom, I'm not bothering to return. See third photo for how these filter are usually individually sealed and then boxed. Seems a bit sketchy.

  2. 1st shipment of filters was in a paper bag. Arrived destroyed. Seller offered to re-send express. Waited another week. This time the box was half destroyed but the filters are acceptable. Seller really needs to contact who they ship through. I have never rec'd packages in such a mess.

  3. I had to return the item I ordered. It was not accurate. And would not fit my refrigerator. The picture was not what was sent. The seller was very cooperative. He sent a label for return and refunded the money to my account. I am appreciative. This was an honest mistake.
