I'm choosing to leave a positive review, despite receiving the wrong part than what I ordered. The seller was quick to reply to message detailing what my issue was, promptly checked their inventory for the correct part. Once it was determined that they didn't have the one I needed, and return shipping label and refund was promptly issued. I'm not upset about the mistake at all considering how well the seller did what was necessary to resolve it. I would definitely not hesitate to purchase again.
The seller was very prompt in sending out this washer main control board and it arrived in secure packaging and when installed partially worked. I was able to get the washer to complete wash cycles but the physical load selection knob did not line up with the LED cycle that was selected. Additionally, the washer would not go into diagnostic mode. The seller was great and gave me the option of returning the board or keeping it and getting a 50% refund. These guys are absolutely great.
Part was shipped quickly and arrived as described. I had thought the part was broken, and seller was excellent at return. After the return process it became apparent that the part was functional and that Samsung website had the incorrect replacement part listed resulting in me purchasing an identical looking part, but with the wrong programming for the buttons. Learn from me, do your research before ordering parts. This seller was great and would order again from them.
