Excellent customer service! They answered all my questions. It was well packed, shipped quickly and arrived as described. I apologize for the delayed review. I had to wait for help to install it. It's in better condition than the one that was here when I moved in! The manufacturer no longer sells this, but, this business had it, thankfully! If I have any future needs, I will certainly check with them first. They offer a great value and I'm thankful that I didn't have to buy a whole new stove!
