Took 7 days to receive purchase, push handles were for work that i was doing for customer. My customer could not wait, I was forced to purchase other handles to finish job to make said customer happy. Would like to return handles, shipping package of push handles was never opened to view contents. Seller is not at fault, wording for shipping and time was correct. Thank You, Richard Campos

Item shipped immediately, was well wrapped for shipping. Came a day later than expected, but that is on the USPS. Item came just as described. Looks brand new, out of box. Works perfect with the CenturyLink C1000A modem. Was a decent price. Glad to find a seller that is trustworthy and you get exactly what you think you ordered. Good job!

Product arrived wrapped in a good amount of bubble wrap. It appears in tact, but i won't know if it is serviceable until the technician installs it. So far, so good though
