I bought this seat because I want the base pan to build a custom seat on, so condition is irrelevant. The item was not misrepresented as anything more than a worn out seat. The price was fair, the seller didn’t gouge me on shipping price, so overall, a very good vendor.I’m giving top marks for all categories because this was exactly what I wanted, and delivered promptly.
