This is my second time dealing with this vendor. They are excellent. Great communication. They ship immediately. I place order Sunday night part ship Monday morning and I received it Wednesday afternoon. This was my experience with a past order as well. Parts have always worked out of box. Packaging has always been great. First part lasted 2 years and 5 months. Six month warranty with easy to understand return.
Actually I ordered part and it arrived quickly and I did some research on my part that I was replacing and found out I had ordered the wrong part from John. (My part number wore off the part) I explained my situation and unfortunately My part was not available and John helped me through refund process. Great customer service and I will check to see if he has any of the parts I need in the future!!
