The item arrived damaged. The rotor/stator appeared to have been properly packaged. Based on the condition of the cardboard box, I assume the item was damaged while in transit. I notified the seller, who responded promptly. The seller issued me a full refund. Despite the condition of the item, my experience with appliancefindpartsserhly was positive. I would definitely buy from them again and refer them to friends and family.
Item was shipped quickly, packaged well and I received it in a couple of days. Unfortunately, I had to return the item because it was not the right size (my mistake). I notified them that I needed to return the item and within a day I received an email with several options to print out a return label. Great communication, great service.
