Seller is amazing to deal with it. They were very good in communicating, prompt with responding to my questions and even sent quite a few pictures of the item till I was satisfied. Shipping was prompt. However when the package was delivered it was damaged, not entirely the fault of the seller. When I mentioned it to them, they were extremely kind and understood the issue. They were prompt with refunding the money even without me asking for it. I would definitely buy from the seller again!

4 stars because I was shipped the wrong item - not the one I selected! Seller notified. Response was send pictures - I could not get my Apple I phone pictures to load on eBay. I had ordered my exact part number (pictured) my Kenmore Elite Dishwasher bottom Rack. The one I received was the universal replacement which was not an exact fit. Would not slide all the way to the back due to different outboard wheels. problem was solved by switching the rack to wheels to my old rack wheels.
