  1. Seller shipped item within hours after the sale. The carrier USPS sent the item on a X-country tour but the seller was very helpful and monitored the shipment. It eventually arrived. If it hadn't been for USPS issues I probably would've had the part in a couple of days instead of 10 days. But again they were very responsive and engaged. Contact them after the sale if you have specific shipping requests, they are flexible. The (used) part worked and fixed my dryer. I couldn't expect more

  2. The bin was the correct part number for our frig and that was the part number listed in the ad. But the frame turned out to be the wrong part for our frig. Seller agreed to a credit for the frame as it was of no use to them if returned. Even with this small problem, this seller was very responsive and did a great job of working with the customer. Would gladly work with this seller in the future. Item arrived quickly and was very well packaged to prevent damage.

Very good condition photo matched the item that arrived fits perfectly in the refrigerator after I requested them to give me the proper part number Sadly, the Postal Service stupidly sent the item to a distribution center and then north one hour away in the opposite direction. Finally, they realize their error and sent it to my home. It should have been about three days earlier, but not the sellers fault completely the post office’s fault.
