The oven control board is susceptible to both physical wear and tear in the form of contact wear from users pressing the buttons, and electrical wear and tear. Eventually, the button contacts will wear out, and it is possible that heat, spills, or simple use over time will damage soldered components and cause a need for replacement. To replace the oven control board, first unplug the oven. Next, remove the cowling to reveal the board housing and mounting screw locations. Showed up quickly & was/worked as described (was a used item, but that was understood when purchased & why it was cheaper vs. New). I would rather a cheaper used oem vs. a new knockoff junk that lasts only 2 months (per the reviews for new ones on amazon). Thx for selling. Only wierd thing is I ordered 2, they did 2 packing slips but only 1 shipped with 2 items in it (which makes sense). It just was confusing until it showed up as i didn't know what i was getting until it arrived.
