The seller was very prompt in sending out this washer main control board and it arrived in secure packaging and when installed partially worked. I was able to get the washer to complete wash cycles but the physical load selection knob did not line up with the LED cycle that was selected. Additionally, the washer would not go into diagnostic mode. The seller was great and gave me the option of returning the board or keeping it and getting a 50% refund. These guys are absolutely great.
Part was shipped quickly and arrived as described. I had thought the part was broken, and seller was excellent at return. After the return process it became apparent that the part was functional and that Samsung website had the incorrect replacement part listed resulting in me purchasing an identical looking part, but with the wrong programming for the buttons. Learn from me, do your research before ordering parts. This seller was great and would order again from them.
The part that I bought failed due to no fault of the seller. Not only did they respond quickly to my questions, they immediately made it right with no hesitation. The apologized for the part, even though it was nothing that they were responsible for, or neglected to do. Fantastic sellers. I will be using them in the future for sure. Part was reasonably priced, and shipped out quickly.
