Seller did everything right. Item came exactly as described in near New condition for an incredible value considering quality and cost. Item literally had new appearance and was shipped within 24 hours, arriving in very timely manner. Unfortunately, I didnt measure and Item I ordered was slightly bigger than the piece it was meant to replace and therefore doesn't fit the fridge anywhere. Will contact seller hoping they have the proper piece but will not return as it is of no fault of seller

The experience was fine I have no problem with the seller and how he said the product and the time it took to get here. Unfortunately it looks like FedEx may have dropped to the box the product was in and there was no bubble wrap or foam or anything wrapped around the product itself inside the box so the upper corner of the door is smashed I don't know if I can unsmash it to get it to fit my oven.
