  1. Beware of this seller. He is not an honest person. Somehow, I still do not understand, he sold me one spare part, but indicated it as two. He also indicated two trackers. He knows perfectly well that he sold only one. He does not respond positively to my requests for a refund. He took double payment from me and thinks that this is how it should be. I have already sent photos and a description of the problem - no, it is useless. I do not recommend contacting him. Beware of fraud.

When the package appeared to be not moving and missed the delivery date, I contacted the seller, Josie, and she immediately contacted the post office to run a trace. Shortly after that it started moving and was delivered today. I couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service. Good job Josie!

Item was packed in multiple layers of bubble wrap and shipped in a large box to prevent any damage, which was perfect as I was replacing my already bent dryer door. Shipping ended up being much faster than I expected, as it delivered 2 days before the expected delivery date. All in all, a fantastic experience, and would purchase from again.
