The seller was amazing and helped me with my problem and went above and beyond to help and respond as quick as they could. Shipping was quick and the packaging was great the product was as described but unfortunately I had to return because I found out it wasn't the mother board that was broken it was the display itself which they helped me with all that and the return was quick if I have any more problems with tvs or anything electrical I will be buying from them again and will recommend others
I was able to find the board local but had already purchased this item. Was waiting to start the refund process. I never even took the item out of the box. Once I got the item I started the refund process. The seller refunded me right away with no questions. I still would like to refund the item as the seller should have it. It’s not right for me to keep the item. Seller if you review this please send a shipping label so I can return the item. I don’t feel right keeping it. Thank you
