They arrive today and one did not work because of corrosion in the Battery compartment.  The seller states that he does not accept refunds. I sent a note to eBay under their returns. The seller immediately notified me that he would issue a full refund. I said I would be happy with 1/2 refund but was unable to forward that message. Happy with sale in the long run. 5 stars. Honest
