Seller didn't have this in stock and would take weeks to get. My question is....why would you have on it on eBay listing when you don't have it? It's a waste of time to the buyer so they can tell you it's not in stock. They did message me to REFUND my money as I can't wait and end up buying from another seller that has it. I did gave them a positive feedback since they refund my money instant instead of me file with eBay which take llike forever to get my money so kudos to the seller.
Ordered a winch from this company and it got delivered to the wrong address. Once I let them know they sent me out a replacement immediately. Winch is as advertised. Shipping and packaging was great. Winch was well worth the money and would recommend buying from this company. Great doing business with them and will do again. Verry pleased with doing business with them.
Item was as expected but shipping was not. Said it was delivered on 12/15 but as an untracked package. After contacting seller only to find it wouldn't be delivered until 1/8.
