The staves are laid out in a staggered like formation and sanded clean and smooth. This brings out the white oak's natural patinas and beauty. The number indicators are also handmade from the barrel's metal band. The whole entire timepiece is made from genuine reclaimed Kentucky barrels. Perfect for any whiskey lover and decor for your home bars or kitchens. Actually you can put it anywhere, it is a clock after all. Cheers! Dimensions: 24"x18" 12-15 lbs IMPORTANT NOTE: We use real bourbon barrel staves to make our clocks. Reclaimed barrel staves will have imperfections. They may have cracks, splits, smudges, and stains. Clock kit does NOT come installed. This is to prevent them from being damaged during shipping. If they do not work properly please let us know. We will send replacement right away. In order to hang the clock you will have to use 2.5" or 3" long nails or screws. They will have to stick out about an inch for the hanger to catch properly. Please use wall anchors or go into a stud because the clock is a bit heavy.
