In addition, gel pads inserted inside each individual air cell provides additional cushioning, shock absorption and vibration dampening. Air Gel can also be used without air when the motorcycle rider wishes to feel 100% “close to the bike” yet needs some additional cushioning. A great mid-priced cushion for riders who have multiple comfort needs for short and long rides. The dimensions of the Saddle cushion are 13" x 11.5" (33cm x 29cm). This item includes a complete cushion, bladder and cover. Straps to secure the cushion, repair patches, and an owner's manual are also included. You MUST contact us within 30 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept a return. The item in which you are returning MUST be unused, uninstalled, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be jeopardized at the customer?s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to an error caused by Rudy's Performance Parts or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, incorrect part shipped, etc.), we will cover all freight charges on the replacement items. We will not be able to send out a replacement part without payment. You are welcome to pay for a replacement item and then receive a refund when the original item is received back, otherwise, we won't be able to send a replacement until the original item is back.
