I really LOVE this bag! Shipping was super fast and communication with the seller regarding it was on point. I received my item well packaged to keep from damage. Upon opening it, everything was as described and it was new with original tags and inside stuffing. The only thing missing was the strap which was already communicated as missing. I definitely feel this was a value buy and I absolutely enjoy the bag. No complaints at all!
