Item was exactly what I needed to fix window that was stuck in "down" position in my 2008 Nissan Quest. Seller even followed up after I placed my order to ensure that I ordered the proper part, asking questions such as "which side of the van is this needed for?" (basically confirming that I understood the driver & passenger-side doors require their own specific motor.) My only complaint was that it took longer to arrive than expected, but that was due to postal issues & not the fault of seller.
