I don't even have the words to describe the brilliant way this was packaged for perfectly safe shipment! It arrived without even a dent on the box!! Exquisite stool in gorgeous condition and exactly what I had hoped it would be. The item price was more than fair and the shipping price was crazy good. I would not hesitate to buy from this highly recommended seller again. This is a beloved addition to my home. Thanks so very much!

The item was just as described, but the item took over three weeks, which wasn’t the seller’s fault. The postal service strikes again with horrible service. I’m glad it finally arrived with no serious damage, just a little bend to the pendulum threads, which I was able to straighten. The packaging could have been better though. The seller had good communication throughout the whole ordeal. A+++++ Seller!
