The Attic Ease item was delivered within the original range of expected delivery dates, communication was good. I bought the item from this seller because I could not find it at any store and both Home Depot and Lowe’s promised delivery (either at my house or at a local store for pick-up) a day or two later than the seller. The strange thing was the seller ordered it from Home Depot and HD shipped it. Glad everything worked out, but if the item or shipping had issues we now had a middleman.
Received the product as described. Shipping was fast and the quality is good. Oddly it was purchased and shipped from Home Depot, so basically it was a Home Depot purchase with extra steps. I was getting updates from both Ebay and Home Depot. No issues or problems. Just odd. Thank you!
