Good communicator. Swift delivery. Well-packed. The cushion is not all I hoped, but it helps me. I am physically handicapped, and my handicaps often cause me a great deal of pain when I sit on my couch. The diagrams suggest the middle fold be set from front to back, which works okay, but I've set the fold crosswise, which gives me much better posture when I sit.
