  1. Lights were loosely packed in a box with just a few pieces of styrofoam, and by the time they arrived one of the sockets had lost its mounting nuts and rattled loose. Lights were in used condition as described, were half the price of new ones, and with some spare nuts from my hardware collection are back together and functional for what I need. Still, a little bubble wrap would have really helped them get here intact. Minus one star for packing, and minus one for the gunk all over them.
