Item new in case arrived early After putting new batteries in the recorder wouldn’t work. I called customer support and was told that a micro sd card was needed and was not included in the unit or package. This info was not included in the description in EBay. The customer service rep said he understood my concerns. He will send me a new micro sd card and make appropriate changes in listing to let future customers know about the need to purchase sd card in addition to the recorder
So I purchased this product from this seller, came to me from amazon!? Then I find amazon sells for 30 percent cheaper price. my bad!! Overall ok product for the money but smaller than i thought it would be. shipping was fast, Seller little communication after purchase. giving positive feedback mainly because I think this seller is overall good :)
