This monocular is great & incredibly inexpensive considering the quality. A good seller, concerned that I am happy with the item & that it arrived in good condition. But, and there is always a but. He had a BEST OFFER option. I would have just bought it based on the price but, given that choice, how could I not give it a try? I got no reply! If he had given any reply I would have said yes. As it was, I gladly paid the full price but why offer if you are aren't going to reply to a bid?
Item is as advertised. Great price. Shipping was terrible but, that's USPS's fault and NOT the fault of the seller. When the first one didn't arrive, the seller the took the initiative and sent out a 2nd package, which arrived exactly on the new delivery date. I would absolutely buy from them again. I have no idea what happened to the original package. I can only assume it in the postal twilight's zone!
I did not Receive this item ,which was no fault of the seller. The seller responded quickly when they were made aware of the shipping issue. Usps doesn't seem to be able to keep up with their job. The seller promptly sent a full refund of the purchase. I have nothing negative to say about them and will purchase from them again. The loss of product was beyond their control.
