Seller responded to shipping problem within 1 day so that was good. Postal service was pitiful. Tracking was poor & product arrived 4 days late BUT this was not the seller's fault. The product was as described. It holds a charge very well. It's good for facial hair but is just adaquate for grooming scalp. For the price, it's fine but if you're looking for a close shave for your scalp, would probably not purchase this product. Again, the seller was fine so don't hold them accountable for delivery
