  1. I received an email that my tape was delivered, however when I looked outside it as not there. I sent the seller a message that I did not receive it and to either send it or refund me. I did receive the tape a few days later. I clarify that my address was street, not place, I think they mistakenly delivered it to the wrong place and the people kept the tape. In any case, they did send me the tape and I appreciate it. The tape is great!

  2. Seller was great. UPS misdelivered the package, so I never received it. I put in a ticket with UPS and let the seller know. The seller refunded as soon as they knew what happened. Feel bad for the seller, but appreciate the quick communication and resolution.
