The wig looks like the photo on the mannequin, not like the photo/hair on the model. It arrived in good condition and quickly... I would have liked it to have a shipping company that provided accurate shipment data (... even though the item arrived, the shipping tracker still says it has not arrived). Quite unfortunately, my package arrived vandalized and my item was missing. I tried to open a claim with USPS but the package did not have insurance.
