  2. It was a long journey to getting this book. The first I went for on ebay was an auction and I was outbid. The second, I was told "Sorry, we find we have no copies of this." The third, I was promised at the beginning of December would be there at the end: it just didn't turn up. I contacted the sellers, fine and helpful and put another one out to deliver. However, even that took quite a long time and I didn't get it until 20 Jan. It's in excellent condition and I'm glad to have it at long last.
