The item did not arrive by the expected delivery date and when I checked the tracking I learnt that it hadn't even been posted. I contacted the supplier and he arranged to get item shipped straight away. To his credit he did, but when item arrived it wasn't the one that I had ordered, and looks nothing like the breed of dog that I wanted.
