Seller's employees respond promptly and adress issues thoroughly. Very polite + professional. Shipping was pretty fast. I think the delivery people were either too rough with the package, or it didn't have enough tape, as the box was a bit punctured and water got into the bag (rainy season). Even though half the shoe box was soaked, the shoes were miraculously prestine! They are BEAUTIFUL. Elegant design. They are smooth and feel waterproof. Comfortable fit, stylish. True to size. Love it!
