This is an "expectation VS reality" moment. The hat itself is very nice but it was smashed into an envelope and arrived completely crushed and creased. I don't know if it will ever regain its shape. I guess all I can do is give it some time and maybe use a hand steamer. I am very dissatisfied with the shipping method. Seller, you need to do better! The only reason this is a positive review, heavily bordering on neutral, is because of the price, guess I'm not losing much.
Unfortunately delivery time was longer than I expected and I asked to cancel the purchase which the seller graciously did which I highly appreciate it would buy from this seller again if I wasn't under time constraints would definitely recommend purchasing from the seller due to his response of my cancellation request
