Seller is remembered as kind and prompt with replies and shipping. Unfortunately, the item was not described properly, in my opinion. The 12 pairs of men’s low-cut socks I purchased were not thick and were not cushioned, as the description says. Additionally, as shown in the photo provided, the actual size is much smaller (left side of photo) than the sock shown on right side, which is stretched out to the Max. Buyer pays return shipping so I will keep and hope they will fit the men
