I had an extremely positive experience with the seller. His replies were always quick , courteous and professional. The product is as described. I had a small issue with my purchase and the seller was kind enough to help resolve it quickly. The shipping was also instantaneous. However, the packaging could be improved as the product was packaged a little too tight. But overall , this is the. first place I'd look for if I was to find a barbour again.
I have just got my husband’s jacket! It is just as images and description, great communication with the seller! Fast shipping but the only problem was Chilean customs! They charged with extra international fees (almost twice the price) in spite of having already paid fees and shipping! And the package was stopped in customs for a really long time…..
