These shoes were advertised as in new condition, and I received them in good time. However, when I tried them on, the material between the footbed and sole had deteriorated and was crumbling apart. I reached out to the seller, who issued me a partial refund, since I am willing to take them to a cobbler for repair.
The wrong item was sent to me. I did contact the seller. Not sure what to do regarding this order. I would gladly send back the wrong item to the seller. Please advise me on what to do. Best regards, Darlene
Reeked of cigarettes and had been washed and dried in dryer. As it shrunk. Seller did refund my money right away.
