Suggested that buyer could have sent a question. There was no question so this option was not utilized. Seller sent site info to repair hats. Why repair a new hat ? Seller had no other offers. Poor packing inattentive to requests and unprofessional. Would not buy again. Ebay needs to train new sellers.
